Cancellation policy

Orders may be canceled or modified up to when a shipping confirmation email has been sent.

Shipping is non-refundable once a shipping confirmation email has been sent.

If Canada Post deems a package non-deliverable, the customer will be notified and given the option to receive a refund (minus the cost of shipping) or to re-ship the package for an additional charge.
