Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will try our best to make it right. We accept returns for unused tools, accessories, supplies, and gifts within 30 days of purchase. 

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for cane or reeds unless they arrive damaged. Any damage or issues must be reported within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Unless the product is damaged upon arrival, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping. 

Shipping is non-refundable once a shipping confirmation email has been sent. If Canada Post deems a package non-deliverable, the customer will be notified and given the option to receive a refund (minus the cost of shipping) or to re-ship the package for an additional charge.
